Payroll, software version does not match
Pretty sure I have had this issue in the past, haven recently updated the payroll program. Can someone help please?

The error message is typically caused by having a higher version installed than what MYOB records do show. In your case, I can see you were listed as having 2020.5, as the latest Payroll version was released recently I assume you have upgraded to that. As such, I've updated the records at our end to be 2021.1, this should prevent that message from occurring.
