PaySlips bouncing back from Gmail Accounts

Question

Hi, We send our pay slips via the desktop MYOB payroll via SMTP settings and for some reason all payslips to users using a Gmail account bounce back. All other email providers are fine and go through without a problem. Has anyone else experienced payslips sent through the desktop version bouncing back from Gmail accounts? Cheers, Kali

Hi KaliPPS&nbsp;It's a gmail issue. Microsoft made some changes a while back which caused the issue. there's a support note I got for IMS Payroll which might help. Gmail accounts needs to create a passowrd. Hope this helps.
