I get that you're able to check if the Leave Loading JT is linked to the employee or not since it's showing on the pay slip. With the pay items showing an incorrect Name for pay slip, I've gone through the screenshots you've attached. Just make sure that you've changed the Name for pay slip before the pay slip was generated. It's best to reach out to our support team directly for both issues so they can look into it. I just checked a MAY 2024 payslip and everything is as it should be.
so it's very odd.
