MYOB Team - Leave Request

Afternoon,

 

When trying to add a leave request in the MYOB Teams APP, there are no Leave Reasons available to choose from (see screenshot).  There are leave types set up in MYOB (see screen shot).  All other employees are able to add leave.  There is nothing special with the leave types as they are used for all employees.

 

Help would be appreciated.

    Hi kathhNQE,

    Given that other employees can add leave and the leave types are set up correctly in MYOB, start by checking the specific employee's profile to ensure they have the correct leave entitlements assigned and that the leave types are configured for hourly requests. Ensure that both the app and MYOB system are synced and that the MYOB Teams app is updated to the latest version. Verify that there are no role or permission restrictions affecting the employee’s ability to view and request leave. Review configurations and settings for any errors and try clearing the app’s cache or restarting the device. As a last resort, re-add or create a new leave type and assign it to the employee.     HI Earl

    I am having the same issue. However we can see annual leave in the leave requests, but can not see the personal leave option which has been assigned also to all staff?
