Hi,
I am wondering if anyone can help me with the Myob team app for my employees. It does not work for some employees.
One employee can log on and submit times but not see the times submitted on her phone.
Any help would be great, as would recommendations for integrated apps if I can't get MYOB to work for timesheets.

One initial step you can try is having the employee use a different device to see if the issue persists. Sometimes, device-specific settings or configurations can affect app performance. Regarding the submitted timesheets disappearing on the mobile app, currently, they disappear and not available to view/make changes from mobile app. Don't forget to create a post again if you encounter issues in the future.
