Payrun Error

Hi,

I'm trying to do payrun but can't proceed and getting this error

Can anyone help me?

    Hi YRA ,

    Thank you for your detailed post. To troubleshoot, I recommend clearing your browser's cache and history, or trying to log in from a different browser.

    Please let me know if this resolves the issue for you.

    Thank you and I understand that you can't still process a payrun even after doing the troubleshooting.
