Zip password protected Payslips

Hi

 

Is there a way, we can Zip a payslip and put a password on Zip file rather than the usual pdf file?

    Hi ArtCortez,

     

    Currently, MYOB doesn't offer a direct feature to zip and password-protect payslips within the software. However, you can download the payslip PDFs, manually zip them, and add a password using third-party software. This would allow you to share them securely outside of the MYOB platform. Alternatively, you can submit this suggestion on the MYOB Ideas Board for potential future updates.
