Hi there, NZ does not have employee self-onboarding at this stage. In AU, there is an option to set up employees manually. Click the arrow beside save (as below).

Thanks, but I mean fully opt out. So we can just create a new employee card and fill it in normally, like we would a customer or supplier card, without having to type the name first, and then click on the tiny little "Enter details manually" link on the bottom left of the window. It's an extra, unnecessary click. It doesn't even make sense that the name has to be typed before you can choose to enter manually.
This is also very confusing because on the card, the Last name is entered first, before the First name, but in the popup window, the First name is entered first...
Sorry, I know it's out of your scope of NZ payroll. Now I'm just jealous of your NZ customers.
