Onboarding Error

Hi

I am trying to send an onboarding request to a new employee but have received the below message.  Is there a problem with sending invitations at the moment?

 

If there is not a problem at the moment, what could be the solution to me fixing this problem.

    Hi again Doreen

    I have just resent the onboarding and it is now working.  Must have just been a glitch last week.

    Hey jjo64815,

     

    Make sure you've entered your business's general payroll information (Setup menu >> General Payroll Information). If you're seeing an error about missing payroll information, double-check that everything's filled out. Once done, try sending the Employee self-onboarding again. Another workaround would be using the browser version at app.myob.com (Payroll >> Employees) and following the steps in this Employee self-onboarding guide.

    I have checked everything with the Payroll Information prior to posting.  It is not this but I will look at the guide you posted.

     

    I am also updating to the latest version of Accountright so this may also help.  Will let you know how I go.
