1 cent rounding issue when importing service invoices

Hi, I'm currently importing invoices as text files in Accountroght Premier. Currently between 40 and 200 invoices at a time. Around 25% of all invoices imported are out of balance in myob by 1 cent, for example an amount of $170 appears in MYOB as either $170.01 or $169.99.

Previously each invoice has been totalling from approx 5 lines and  GST inclusive, I have tried reducing the invoice line items to one and also tried GST exclusive but the issue persists. Is there an answer to this? as its very annoying having to adjust each invoice by 1 cent when applying payments.

    Hi DR321,

Thanks for laying that all out. Importing that many invoices only to have them end up a cent out would drive anyone up the wall. Especially when you've already tried simplifying the lines and switching between GST inclusive/exclusive. We actually have a similar post here that might help: Tax Amount Variance - rounding issue | MYOB Community

If you're still seeing the same behaviour after that, your best bet would be to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account. The team can take a closer look at your import file and setup to see what's causing the rounding to sneak in.

    Regards,
