Absorbing Sales Credits

Hello   Can anyone tell me how I can absorb sales credits from different customers without creating invoices to apply each credit to?  We have random small amounts such as $1 or 50c that are sittin...

Please refer to this help article for details on how to handle this situation. 


When the amount is very small like a few cents, you can record a new invoice for the overpaid amount (allocate to a rounding income account, if you have one) and then apply a credit to this invoice to close it. Learn more about accounting for bad debts.
