Thanks for adding a screenshot. That little cmc_free pop‑up is an Outlook/email issue with AccountRight v19, not your data.
Try these steps:
- Repair Outlook
- Close Outlook and AccountRight.
- In Windows, go to Control Panel > Programs and Features (or Settings > Apps).
- Select Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 > Change > Repair.
- Restart the PC, open Outlook, then try emailing again from AccountRight.
- Move the MapiEX Disable file (v19 only)
- Close AccountRight.
- In File Explorer, go to your v19 folder, e.g., C:\PremierClassic\MapiEX.
- Find MapiEX Disable (or MapiEX Disable.txt), right‑click Cut.
- Go back up one level (e.g., C:\PremierClassic\) and paste.
- Reopen AccountRight and email again.
If it still plays up, you can Send To > PDF and email the PDF from Outlook as a workaround, or look at upgrading to the newer AccountRight so it emails directly without using Outlook.
