Administrator access
Hi all, I am trying to put in a support ticket and view our current tickets, but it is saying I now need administrator access? It let me do it the other week.

That certainly is odd, since you mentioned you had access to the cases the other week. If you’re now seeing that administrator access message when trying to log a support ticket or view existing tickets, the best next step is to contact your business admin to check whether your access level has changed.
