Administrator access
Hi all, I am trying to put in a support ticket and view our current tickets, but it is saying I now need administrator access? It let me do it the other week.
That sounds really frustrating, especially when you’re locked out and still not able to get through for help. It's not how things should be working.
That “You will need administrator access to see this page” error can sometimes come up if the email address being used to log in isn’t set up as the Primary contact, doesn’t have my.MYOB login enabled, or the access roles on the account aren’t set up quite right. That’s something our team would need to check from the back end.
I know reaching support hasn’t been easy, but this is one the team will need to look into properly. For the fastest option, you can try reaching our live chat team through our virtual assistant MOCA. If you do, send through the email address you’re using to log in so they can investigate it further and help get things back on track.

The problem I have is that when I try to contact support through the live chat as I am not constantly watching it by the time I look they have ended the chat due to inactivity and I have to start again..
