Administrator access
Hi all, I am trying to put in a support ticket and view our current tickets, but it is saying I now need administrator access? It let me do it the other week.
I am having the same problem, I am the administrator/owner of the account and I can not log in to MY ACCOUNT as it says I don't have administrator access. This has happened before and I have now wasted hours trying to resolve and waiting on the phone for over 30min because I can't log a support ticket because I am blocked with no administrator access and there are NO other ways to contact MYOB. Terrible terrrible customer service - or lack of customer service entirely :(

I can understand why this has been so upsetting, especially after losing hours trying to get help. If My Account is blocking you, please use our live chat instead through the MYOB Contact us page. Just click the chat bubble at the bottom of the page and MOCA will help connect you with our support team. I hope this gets you in touch with the team sooner.

I tried the MOCA and it was completely useless and when I asked to go to a live chat, it told me that there was no-one available to chat with and closed the communication :(
I have been trying to get this resolved for days via live chat and it disconnects each time because no one is available. If owners cannot access their own accounts it is very concerning.
I would rate MYOB customer service poor but actually they literally have NO customer service so less than poor
