An unbalanced transaction may not be recorded

I know that there was a solution to this, but the solution is not working for me. I have tried it twice, please advise another solution: An unbalanced transaction may not be recorded. | MYOB Community

Below is my Order that I'm trying to turn into a bill for the last item that we received, where all the other items are backordered. I continually receive this error when doing this. There's a fault in MYOB for many years and they are not fixing it. I don't think that we should have to manually type in the values to fix it, the software is here to make our jobs easier, not harder! And by the way, as I said above, it's not working!

How can I turn this into a bill please? I have already receipted the last item when we got it delivered and now I have a bill to put against it.

    Hey Eliane,

     

    You’ve really given this unbalanced transaction error a fair crack. Since the usual tricks like re-entering amounts haven’t done the job, it’s best to reach out to our team. You can contact them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount. They can take a closer look and work out what’s going on, so you can get that bill sorted without any extra fuss.
