Thanks for attaching the detailed log, this error log does mention the issues with intray documents and is closely related to the previous issue that you posted. I have organised to get a backup copy of your file in for our development team to investigate this further. Please send me the following information by Private Message so we can send you instructions on how to upload the file to us :
- Your product serial number
- Impacted purchase numbers ( 2 or 3 should be fine)
