Thank you for reaching out. Yes, in AccountRight Plus, you can set up automatic customer statements, but it's not possible to limit this feature to certain clients only. However, you can filter specific clients when you manually send statements.
You can go to Sales Command Centre and select Print/Email Statements. In the window, select the appropriate statement period. Use the Filters to display the customers you want (e.g., based on overdue balances, specific date ranges, or customer types). Check or uncheck the specific clients you want to send statements to. Once you've selected the specific clients, click Email or Print, depending on your preference.
Customer statements has detailed information to assist you with this.

Thanks Sai how do you set up statements to automatically send? And what date will this be done do you get to select a date?

Sorry for the confusion, MYOB doesn't allow fully automated statement sending. But you can submit this idea to our Ideas Board.
