Welcome to the Community Forum.
If the bill is the same each time, such as a rent payment, you will be able to set it up as a recurring transaction. If the details change you will be able to edit the recurring transaction to reflect the changes.
I have linked a Help Article on setting up recurring transactions which will guide you on how to set these up so that you don't have to enter this monthly.
