Thanks for this link and information. Based on the information i can only read that even when i turn on "allow surcharging" i still then have to select it to be on or off on each individual invoice and it will default to being off unless i select it to be on.
I'm looking for a solution where once i allow surcharging then this is automatically on for every invoice unless i choose to turn it off on an individual invoice for some reason.

If you select "Your customers pay the surcharge" from the online invoice payment settings, this will be defaulted to your customers paying the surcharge on every invoice, unless you decide to turn it off on an individual invoice.
