Automatic update to selling price if customer purchase over a specific quantity

Hi All,

I would like to know if there is a way in MYOB Accounts Right to set the selling price of an inventory item so it automatically updates a lower price if a customer purchases it over a specific quantity. For example, the selling price of a t-shirt is $25 but if a customer purchases 4 or more, they can get it at $23 each.

Thank you in advance for your advice.

Each horizontal level is a different level linked to a customer. Retail, Wholesale etc. Reading above - looks like you have named and using Bulk 5 and Bulk 10?? - maybe this should be Qty's instead? If you don't use customer groups for pricing purposes - you only need to enter in the top line. Check by testing it on an invoice.

In each item on the selling details tab there is an option for Qty buy - says Qty over. You would enter in qty and another column of pricing comes up, which you would enter in the appropriate price for that qty buy.

    Hope this helps.

Thanks Jenniek, when I put in "4" for Over, it activates 6 fields (Bulk 5, bulk 10, Level C, Level D, Level E, Level F) - do I update that one discounted price in all these fields? What is the meaning of each field? Are they different quantities over?
