BPAY surcharge

Question

Hi MYOB Team,&nbsp;As raised by many other users in the "MYOB Community", and still not rectified can we please have either:&nbsp;- the ability to automatically pass on BPAY merchant surcharge fees to clients on invoices, as we do with MASTERCARD and VISA; and/or- the abilitiy to switch off BPAY as a payment option.&nbsp;We are a small business and were not aware that BPAY was being offered to our clients. We have now been stung with $5,000 worth of surcharges and will no longer be offering online banking if we cannot get this fixed ASAP.&nbsp; We previously had this same service set up with Westpac but chose to move across to MYOB as we thought it would be more efficient. If this is not fixed in the next few months we will be moving back to Westpac to provide this service.&nbsp;Regards Sally&nbsp;&nbsp;

Apologies for the delayed response. Currently, we are unable to pass surcharges for BPAY as a payment method in online invoice payments. While you can disable Online invoice payments, the option to make BPAY the sole payment method is not currently available. Your concerns, along with those of other users regarding BPAY surcharges and payment options, have been brought to our team for review. We are continuously striving to enhance our services based on feedback from valued users like you. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we address this issue.

We’ve taken your feedback onboard. We are working to improve online invoice payments and provide greater control when it comes to selecting your preferred payment options.&nbsp;

The ability to turn off BPAY is coming in a couple of weeks, please keep an eye out for emails &amp; in product messaging to inform you of this change.
