Apologies for the delayed response. Currently, we are unable to pass surcharges for BPAY as a payment method in online invoice payments. While you can disable Online invoice payments, the option to make BPAY the sole payment method is not currently available. Your concerns, along with those of other users regarding BPAY surcharges and payment options, have been brought to our team for review.
