I'm sorry to hear that you had trouble fixing the issue with phone support. The support team can run some fixes on your file to correct the differences in the on-hand values of the two items. I recommend reaching out through other avenues, such as creating a support ticket from the MyAccount window or using the live chat feature through MOCA.
