Does any one know how to process bulk invoicing from multiple shipments.

Managing a bunch of shipments can really take up a lot of your time, so props to you for searching for a quicker way. While MYOB doesn’t have a specific feature for bulk invoicing, you might want to give recurring transactions a shot. It’s not the same as bulk invoicing, but it could save you time on those repetitive tasks.
