Can I consolidate invoices for multiple branches

We have had a request from a Kindy Association to provide them with a consolidated account.

We have over 20 individual accounts for Kindys in this organization - all in different locations and serviced/invoiced on different days of the month.

Can we somehow link these separate customer cards to create a consolidated invoice?

Fingers crossed, regards

Cat

    Hi Trushka,

It's not possible to directly link separate customer cards to create a consolidated invoice. However, if you think this feature would be helpful, you can suggest it on the Ideas Exchange board. It's a great place to share your ideas and feedback, and it helps shape future updates to MYOB products.

I found a way to provide a consolidated sales report to the Company's Head Office - use the customer custom list function.

Set up a consolidation name/code and enter into each applicable customer card.

Run a customer sales summary: Advanced filter/additional filter/custom list.

        Hi Trushka,

That's awesome! Using the customer custom list function is a smart way to consolidate sales reports. Just set up a consolidation name/code in each customer card, then run a customer sales summary with the advanced filter and custom list options. Easy and efficient!
