Can not enter bills only for a specific supplier

Question

Hi,I have an issue with entering bills for a specific supplier in MYOB Accountright.&nbsp;When I click enter bill, file is not responding and shows the connection error message.I can enter bills for other suppliers without an issue.Please help.&nbsp;Regards,SPA

Thanks for your post. Can you please attempt to enter a bill for the supplier, once you've done this can you&nbsp; retrieve the diagnostic log of the AccountRight file and attach it as a .TXT file to this post so I can take a look into this for you.&nbsp;
