Cannot print or edit the invoice in MYOB (web browser)

Hi there,

When I was about to print the invoice and send it to the customer, I found out that I was not able to do so as I used to do.

And that is what it showed to me as the reason, whereas I do not understand what caused it since the tax amount is still 10%.

Could anyone tell me why is that?

Kind regards,

John

    Hi Allstate_John

That certainly could be confusing, especially since the tax amount is still 10%.

We can’t say for sure just from the screenshot alone, but this may relate to a migrated transaction where the tax amount was previously overridden. When that happens, the invoice can appear as read-only in the browser even if the tax rate itself looks correct on screen.

To confirm the cause and have this looked into properly, you’ll need to connect with our support team so they can investigate the transaction further in your file. You can reach out to our support team by creating a ticket in My Account or connecting with our live chat team through MOCA, our virtual assistant.
