Hi Bteam
Thanks for your post. I am not aware of any outages with the Intray at the moment. I have been able to drag and drop to the Intray from my Outlook.
To investigate this further, could you check if you are able to:
- upload files using the Add documents button
- upload files using the drag and drop from your computer
- upload smaller files from Outlook? Sometimes it takes a while for the document to appear.
Do you get an error message?
Let me know how you get on with this.
