Can't send invoices through

Hi Team,    I've been trying to send invoices to clients but it seems like they don't go through. Every time I try sending it, a tab shows up and says 'Your invoice have been sent through Outlook',...

    Hi Genreve,

     

    Thanks for your reply. I don't think I've added an email address to the default email in MYOB that's why it couldn't send through. I've worked it out now. Thanks for your help!

Hi Janice1314,

 

If Outlook is closed when emails are sent, it can cause email failures. Typically, emails that fail to be sent from Outlook are moved to the outbox folder. I recommend checking the outbox folder first. You can also read through this link for more information on how Outlook works with the AccountRight software.
