Card file history does not match actual transactions

A colleague noticed that the balance in the supplier card history for a particular month is significantly higher than expected. According to our purchase reports, the balance for that month should be $400. However, in the supplier card file history, it shows as $2,200.

I've tried to find solutions by searching the MYOB community forum and noticed that several users have raised similar concerns, but unfortunately, I couldn't find any definitive solutions provided.

Could someone please advise on how to reconcile this discrepancy or share any insights on why this might be happening?
