Changing column width in invoice template

I want to change the column width in Time Billing template but can't.  The description column is too narrow whereas other columns are way too wide.  Any ideas?  Thanks

Thankyou so much for this.  Perfect.  I was into that area but was not finding where to actually 'extend' the space.  You explained  beautifully and it is much appreciated
