Changing default bank account for Online Payments when having 2 bank accounts

Hello,

We have a new bank account and I have changed to new banking details for online payments. But when MYOB deposit payments from customers from The Undeposited Funds account, it automatically recorded/deposited the fund to the MYOB account code that belongs to the old bank account. How do I change to the account code that belongs to the new bank account? (We received the money in our new bank account)

1-1100 is our old bank account

1-1110 is our new bank account

How to let MYOB know to automatically record the transaction of the deposit from online payments against the new bank account

Many thanks

    Hi Le_Trinh

Thanks for the screenshot. It seems you’re in the right spot to change where your online payments land. If the Payment category’s greyed out, it’s usually a permissions thing. You’ll need the account owner or an admin with Online Payments access to make the change. Once you’re in with the right access, just switch it to the new bank and hit Save.

If you’ve checked your access and it’s still not letting you change it, best to get our support team to take a closer look. Jump into MOCA (our virtual assistant) to connect to live chat, or lodge a support ticket via My Account.

    Regards,
