Clearing unused Time Billing figures
I have a whole bunch of unused time billing figures within the Time Billing Customers list. How can these old ones be cleared out and deleted?

It kind of depends on what state the actual activity slips are in and whether you need to keep a record in the file for you.
If those activity slips are not required anymore or are not processed, you can open the activity slip and go to Edit>>Delete activity slip. Please note that this option may not be possible especially if the activity slip is older and there is no bulk delete option.
If those activity slips are still required to be listed but you are not on charging the work, you would need to navigate to the activity slip and add in the required value to the Already Billed fields to make the Left to Bill values 0.
