Closed Bill is showing as Open

A CLOSED bill which was paid back in 2021 has now popped up in 2023 showing as OPEN.  It was paid through the business bank account and shows up on the P & L and accounted for in 2021.  Is there a wa...

My apologies for the late response. I believe the issue might be due to the payment being deleted, causing the associated bill to close. To address this, you can try reprocessing the payment to properly close the bill. This action should help resolve the situation and ensure the payment is appropriately recorded.
