Hi petss255,
The Company File ID number is used to identify each business file under the same serial number (to ensure we are not running the script over the incorrect file).
This can be found when opening the file in question and selecting 'Help -> About MYOB AccountRight'
The error can occur for a number of issues, file/inventory size being the main cause., however, our teams are working to get this resolved.
Please advise the company file ID in your reply and we will go ahead with running the script over the file.
