Sorry to see that no one has replied to you yet. If you track item quantities and want to record a sales invoice for an item with insufficient on-hand quantities, you have the option to backorder the item.
As this is a function for selling inventoried items, the software will not give that as an option when using the service layout on AccountRight. If you would like to backorder an item, you would need to use the item layout.
