I have a credit showing on a customer's card file, but when going in to the Sales Register there is no corresponding invoice / amount and no way to clear this credit. Any suggestions as to how this happens and how to fix it?

That can be a bit puzzling when a credit pops but there's no invoice in sight. You're definitely not the only one who's come across this. We've actually had a similar post about it that might help clear things up.
