Hi MJPop,
Thanks for your post. Are you still having issues with this ? If you are, can you please clear your browser cache and try check to see if it still automatically changing the rates.
If it is after clearing your cache can you please go to Setup > Preferences > Tick the box for 'Turn on live exchange rates' > Click Ok > go back into Prefernece > Untick the box for turn on live exchange rates > Click OK. Does it still automatically adjust ?

Hello,
Yes, this is still an issue.
Browser cache has been cleared and still having the issue. Although the instance of MYOB is running on an RDS server, so the browser isn't ever used.
I've tried to get in to toggle the 'Turn on live exchange rates' on, then back off, however, this and the option to use multiple currencies are both greyed out for every single MYOB administrator and user account. I guess this is because we have active forex transactions in the system?

Hi MJPop,
My apologies have you cleared the AccountRight cache ? If you haven't can you try this.
When using Multiple currencies, you should have the option to untick Turn on Live Exchange Rates (system wide). If you don't can you provide a screenshot of your window.

I have now cleared the cache and closed/reopened the program, but the issue persists.
It is not getting a different rate each time, it always enters the same rate.
Attached pic is the greyed out option to enable multi-currency. This is when logged in as administrator, but the same things happens when logged in as a user.
