Custom Quotes, Sales Orders and Invoices

Hi

We are wanting to redo our quotes, sales orders and invoices.  

At the moment we have the following columns: Quantity, Item Code, Description, unit price (ex GST), Discount % and Total Price (ex GST). See below picture.

We want to remove the unit price (ex GST) and discount % columns and replace with the discounted unit price as the column.  

Is this possible?

I cannot see a field in the listing that gives me this answer.

Your help would be much appreciated.
