Customer Credit Incorrect Inventory Cost

Using AccountRight Plus When you return a product back into stock via a customer credit adjustment, the product gets returned back into stock with the incorrect value ( Cost plus GST).   I have ...

Hi pbarrett 

 

It gets even worse. If there is no stock at the time of the item being returned, the item is returned with a cost of $0.00

 

MYOB don't seem to have any interest in fixing these issues.

Hi

 

Are you meaning when you do a supplier credit, I know thats an issue too
