Customise Receipts - Changing Date Format

It would appear that the US date format issue has still not been fixed. The last update I found here was two years ago.

But then it is still happening.

 

 

Any sight of a fix?

    Hi RJTROTTER,

     

    It appears that the US date format issue has been a persistent problem. To resolve this, you can check the date format on your device. Ensure that the regional settings on the affected workstation are set to English (Australia) or English (New Zealand). This can be done by navigating to the Control Panel, selecting Clock, Language, and Region, and then Date and Time. Make sure the Short date format is set to dd/mm/yyyy.
