Customised forms not visible

From what I know, there aren't any other reasons why the invoice form wouldn't appear in the form list when printing an invoice. However, it's worth looking at the Advanced Filters to see if the new invoice form appears there. Below are the screenshots to guide you through it. It if still doesn't show up in the form list, the best next step is to get in touch with our support team on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.

Hi Genreve. Thank you for your response. Under set-up, customised forms, I edited the "item" invoice form to create my customised invoice but adding a company logo, our bank details for payment and amending a couple of other headings. I saved the form, but it is not appearing in the list of forms - just the default MYOB, as per the first image above. Can you offer any other assistance as to why my newly created invoice form is not displaying as an option to select when printing an invoice?

Another thing to check is the layout of your invoice. Make sure your invoice is set to the service or item layout, depending on what you need. The layout should match the invoice form so it appears correctly. Service invoices should use service forms, and item invoices should use item forms.

Hi Sai,

Thank you for quick response to my question. I have cleared the cache and can see that the form I created today is still there under "customised forms". But it still does not show in the list when I try to print an invoice. The first image are the choices I have when I try to print an invoice. The second image is my customised forms - the last form in the list called "1. RS - 7 day invoice RS logo" is what I created today. I watched the video and I created the form as per the video, but it is still not visible. Does that make sense?

I know it's important for your customised forms to appear correctly, especially after putting in the effort to create them.

Please note that any templates created in the browser version will not be saved or carried over to the desktop version of AccountRight. You will need to recreate your customised forms in the desktop.
