CUSTOMISED INVOICE FORMS
From what I can gather you still can't copy a customised invoice form to another type of invoice - is this correct? If this is the case, MYOB do you know how long it takes to customise an invoice...

Thanks for bringing up your concern about the forms. Right now, the item and service invoices don't share a universal format that allows them to crossover smoothly. I see how having this could really improve form customization overall. To get this idea in front of the development team where it can get more attention, I suggest posting it on the Ideas Exchange board.
Feel free to start a new thread if there's anything else you need help with in the meantime.
