Diagnostic-Code: rejected From bounce@apps.myob.com

Sorry, email delivery was unsuccessful.


Diagnostic-Code: rejected

 

  • We are able to send an email to the recipient email address  outside of MYOB
  • there seems to be an issue with sending from within MYOB.
  • Is there a setting that I can check to see whether this person's email is being blocked?

 

Does anyone know how I can solve this?

    Welcome to the Community Forum.

     

    The first thing I would suggest is to see if the user has blocked emails coming from the address, otherwise can you please send me a Private Message containing the email address you are trying to send to and I will be able to investigate further.

  • im getting the same code rejected but i can send them emails from my email just not invoices from myob
