Divide by zero error when trying to save an invoice

Hi all,

 

I appear to be having the same issue outlined in.....

Which appears to relate to long decimal places in inventory items in stock.

In this case we did not have either of the below conditions...

  • Having 2 Line Items with the Same Item Number chosen
  • 100% discounted Item on a Sales Order when creating an Invoice.

We are getting  "Something has gone wrong with accountright and needs to close" when trying to save a specific invoice.

Other invoices seem to work fine.

We had this issue briefly a couple of days ago but it semed to self resolve.

Product:         AccountRight Premier AU 2021.2.2

Build:              2021.2.24.3909

Error log is attached.

      Hi Komal,

      Thanks for your help.

      It looks like here may be an issue with the "private messages" link/page.

      When I click on the private messages (either on your profile or the link in your message body) I am taken to a page with a "private message" heading and then direcly below that, the grey site navigation links area that appears at the bottom of MYOB pages. There is nowhere to type in a subject message, as sugested in the community forums help section??
