Divide by zero error when trying to save an invoice
Hi,
This is the error that comes up in the online version when I try to save an invoice "Something went wrong. Please try again or refresh the browser. Please try again. If the error persists, get in touch with us."
On the desktop version it says "Something went wrong and AccountRight needs to close." The error details code is "System.DivideByZeroException".
- My computer is up to date
- I've cleared the cache in my %localappdata% MYOB current folder
- Tried restarting my computer
- Checked the stocktake to make sure the figures were correct.
Can you please tell me what else it could be?
