Drag & Drop - new Outlook
Hello, We use the AccountRight (desktop) and since updating to the newest version of outlook you can no longer drag & drop pdf invoices in to the MYOB inbox. Thanks
Hi Everyone,
I am having the same problem but have found that if I click directly over the pdf image (Highlighted in green) rather than elsewhere on the attachment bar (highlighted in Yellow) I can drag and drop some but not all attachments to the upload docs rectangle.
however some documents still give the error message below even though they are a PDF file.
You can't attach a file of this format. Please use PDF, JPG, TIFF or PNG files.
Hi KAT71,
Nice work for finding that workaround with clicking directly on the PDF image, that’s a clever way to get some of the attachments uploaded! You can only upload documents up to 10MB in size and they need to be in these formats: .PDF, .JPG, .JPEG, .TIFF, .TIF, or .PNG. If your documents don’t fit these specs, you’d need to tweak them before uploading.
Cheers,
Shella
