Drag & Drop - new Outlook
Hello, We use the AccountRight (desktop) and since updating to the newest version of outlook you can no longer drag & drop pdf invoices in to the MYOB inbox. Thanks
Here is a work around can do until this all gets fixed
You won't need to save file to computer first
-Click on Attachments
-Click on Add Documents
-Bill Attachments opens (where you would normally find the file)
-Go to your email and drag and drop the file into here, then click "Open" - the file you just dropped will already be highlighted so you don't even need to select it
-The attachment is uploaded without you having to save it first
-Every now and then just delete the files that are saved in the folder you are dropping onto. I just created one called AR Uploads so it is easy to delete all in the folder at once.

Hi BJ3,
Thanks heaps for taking the time to share such a detailed workaround. Drag-and-drop hiccups in the In Tray can definitely be a pain, so this is gold for anyone running into the same issue with invoice PDFs. Really appreciate you jumping in and helping out the community. I'm sure this will save a few legends some head-scratching.
Regards,
Sai
