Duplicate sales invoice numbers

I have a couple of random invoice numbers being duplicated and it is not showing the warning sign, even though i have set this up in the preferences, any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks

    Thanks pace 


    Can you please select "Warn for duplicate Invoice and Customer PO nmbers on recorded sales" and check if you're then displayed with the warning messages ?

Hi

 

Not using the browser, so assume its desktop although the file in the cloud

In that case, can you please send me a screenshot of the Setup>>Preferences>>Sales screen?

        Thank you, I have tested this and it worked, hopefully it will work on all future invoices too.
